Davis Concessions Inc. is a mobile food company, specialized in exhibitions across the Canada & the United States. Each year we travel approximately 20,000 km, employ over 150 part-time staff each summer, serving 150,000+ happy fair goers in between. The company has established a strong presence at several of the top 50 largest exhibitions in North America. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, experience-driven family fun foods and entertainment. Since its inception in 2015, Davis Concessions has earned multiple industry awards and continues to be recognized for its innovation, growth, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Branded, Curly's Cheese Curds, customers can choose between, Mozzarella sticks, Cheese curds, Jalapeño cheese bites, and Cheddar nuggets. Chewing through thousands of kilograms of cheese each year, our product speaks for itself.
Mr. Vegetable - Lightly battered and fried, our menu is sure to provide fun flavors for everyone at the fair. A viable option for the family to feel good about eating at the fair.
Sugar Pops - Customers can choose from our classic favorites like our Original Fried Oreo Cheesecake & fried Mars bars or one of our new & exciting ‘limited time only’ items. Check back soon to see what's in store for 2025!
Orders are freshly cut, hand-battered in our homemade recipe, and fried using 100% canola oil.
